We are sharing a call for applications for two postdoctoral positions in the ProletGard ERC Starting Grant project, The Cultural Vanguard of Workers' Movements: A Social History of East Central European Avant-Garde between the Two Wars, which has recently begun and is hosted by the Kassák Foundation in Budapest.
The project explores the relationship between avant-garde culture and workers' movements in East Central Europe between the two World Wars. The team is interdisciplinary, bringing together expertise in labor, media, gender, literary, and art history, and candidates are expected to develop an individual research project related to the themes of the grant.
